Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully — it differs between ready-to-wear and bespoke orders.

Ready-to-Wear Returns

Unworn, unwashed ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
  • Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are crafted specifically to your measurements and specifications. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If your bespoke garment does not fit as expected, we will arrange an alteration at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange this.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@hedone.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@hedone.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return is eligible and provide a returns address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
