These terms govern your use of the Hedone website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Hedone is a bespoke tailoring business based in London, United Kingdom. References to 'we', 'us' or 'our' refer to Hedone.

2. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, for example if payment cannot be authorised or if an item is out of stock.

3. Bespoke orders

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are manufactured to your individual specifications. Once production has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before confirming your order.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment provider (Stripe). We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we accept no liability for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
